We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@brentwellbargains.com and receive return approval before sending any items back.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a free return shipping label that you can download and print, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Please include your order number and a description of the issue so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
